About the Constitution Island Association

Constitution Island Association, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization in Putnam County, New York, established in 1916. Our mission is to provide a rewarding educational and recreational experience through the commemoration and preservation of the historic, cultural and ecological treasure that is Constitution Island and the Hudson River Valley.

2015 was a watershed year for our organization.  With the help of new leadership and our enduring relationship with West Point, we were able to hold all of our signature Summer events and raise enough funds for more events in the coming year. We are also working with West Point to restore the Warner House and build an Education Center on the island.
